Orders confirmed by 2:00 PM (Rome) are processed the same business day; after that, the following business day .

Shipping times and costs

  • Free shipping to all serviced countries.
  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after the order has been accepted.
  • Orders shipped from Italy with express courier: Italy (1–2 business days); European Union (2–5 business days); other serviced countries (3–7 business days).
  • Orders shipped from Asia with tracked standard shipping: European Union, Asia, Oceania, North America and Gulf Cooperation Council countries (GCC: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman) (4–10 business days); other serviced countries (5–15 business days).
  • Where applicable, the shipping origin (Italy, Asia, Europe, North America) is indicated on the product page.
  • All shipments are tracked. A tracking link is sent as soon as the order has been handed over to the carrier.
Products may ship from different global logistics centers located in Europe, Asia, and the Americas, depending on availability. When applicable, the logistics origin is indicated on the product page and does not affect the expected delivery times.

Taxes and duties

  • EU: displayed prices include VAT.
  • Outside the EU and, generally, for all countries served on Store of Values: duties and taxes are collected upfront at the time of order by our partners; no charges upon delivery. This arrangement is globally known as Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) and means the seller bears all costs and risks up to delivery of the goods at the agreed destination, including customs charges, taxes and import formalities.

Address and delivery

  • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Address issues can cause delays or returns.
  • When tracking shows Delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.
  • If tracking never shows a delivery scan and your parcel appears lost in transit, contact us via the Contact Page. After verification we will issue a refund.

Delays and force majeure

Delivery times are estimates and may extend due to factors outside our control, such as carrier issues, customs inspections, severe weather, or peak seasons.
